Josh Penterman is a Nebraska estate planning attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families make confident decisions about the future. Raised near Bennet and rooted in the Lincoln-area community, Josh brings a thoughtful, practical approach to legacy planning, wills, trusts, and long-term family protection.
His work is grounded in the belief that estate planning should feel clear, personal, and approachable. Whether a client is creating a plan for the first time or updating existing documents, Josh focuses on making the process straightforward and tailored to each family’s goals.
Josh’s commitment to service extends beyond his legal practice. He serves on his local school board and is also involved with the Foundation for Knowledge, District OR-1, supporting educational opportunities in the community. His background includes a bachelor’s degree from Hastings College, a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, and an MBA in Finance from Colorado Technical University.
